We are taking photos of You for You.
But:

You have the right not to be photographed

You have the right, that photos of you already taken will be deleted
In either one of the above cases, you can give a respectful sign or gesture, stop for a moment (if you have time and if it is safe) or send an e-mail afterwards.
We do not want to take photos of somebody who doesn’t like to be photographed.

MENTORIS Tomaž Hožič s.p. - company providing photographic services and products (images)
1. The Customer may order exclusively and only images in which he/she is depicted or identified. An exception is the case where another person is on or in the means of transport, irrespective of the means of transport used. The customer must obtain (verbal) consent for the ordering of images depicting or identifying other persons from the driver/rider, passenger(s) or companion(s) before placing the order. The Customer accepts responsibility at the time of ordering for the handling of the images received by MENTORIS Tomaž Hožič s.p. with care and in accordance with applicable law.
2. In the event that the Customer orders one or more images without the (verbal) consent of the persons depicted or identifiable in the images, or the Customer misrepresents himself and orders one or more images of another person, i.e. that at least one of the images does not depict the Customer, but someone else, and thereby misleads MENTORIS Tomaž Hožič s.p., then MENTORIS Tomaž Hožič s.p. shall be indemnified against any legal consequences that may arise from the unauthorised use of the images received by the Customer. Any legal consequences shall be borne entirely by the Customer and the recipient of the photographs.
3. Commercially unattractive reduced-in-size images are sent to the potential customer only for reviewing and deciding whether to order larger and processed images without a watermark. It is not allowed to send, transfer, copy, print, offer to buy or sell those sample images. All the sample images mentioned are the property of MENTORIS Tomaž Hožič s.p.
4. Before placing an order, the Customer is obliged to read the full Privacy Policy in force at the time of ordering and published on the website www.foto-tori.com. The policy can and will be updated or amended over time. The aim is to ensure the highest possible level of protection of the privacy of the persons depicted in the sample images. By placing an order, the Client shall be deemed to have read and agreed to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
